    Refund and Cancellation Policy

    Cancellation Policy

    Tutoring Sessions

    • You may cancel a scheduled tutoring session up to 15 days before the session's start time. However, no refunds will be provided for cancellations made 15 days or more before the session.
    • If you cancel within 15 days of the scheduled session or do not attend, the session will be considered completed, and no refund or rescheduling will be offered.


    Course Enrollment

    • Cancellations for course enrollment can be made within 15 days of purchase. If you cancel within this period, you will be eligible for a full refund.
    • After 15 days, no refunds will be provided, but you may choose to transfer your enrollment to a different course, subject to availability.
    • Once the course has commenced, no cancellations or transfers will be allowed.


    Subscription Plans

    • Monthly and annual subscription plans can be canceled at any time, but no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the subscription. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.


    Refund Policy

    • You are eligible for a refund on payments made for individual tutoring sessions, course enrollments, and subscription plans if the cancellation is made within 15 days of the purchase.
    • After 15 days, no refunds will be provided.
